General Inspection
Council has a responsibility to provide a general inspection service to deal with complaints or offences committed against sections of the Local Government Act 1999, the Environment Protection Act 1993, the Impounding Act 1975, and relevant Council by-laws. The main problems encountered in this area are roaming stock, parking infringements, litter dumping, abandoned vehicles and infringements of the Environment Protection Act's Burning Policy (formerly the Clean Air Act).
If the public has any concerns, you should contact Council's Authorised Officer.
